Fans have a long history

Fans have a long history.  Simple wooden hullers for rice hullers were built in China many years before THE B.C., working on the same principle as modern centrifugal fans.

In 1862, The British guibel invented centrifugal fan, the impeller, shell for concentric round, shell made of brick, wooden impeller with straight blade, efficiency is only about 40%, mainly used for mine ventilation.

In 1880, the design of a cochlear housing for mine exhaust and a centrifugal fan with backward curved blades were relatively complete.

The cross-flow fan was developed in France in 1892.

In 1898, the Irish designed the forward blade of the Sirocco centrifugal fan, and is widely used in various countries.

In the 19th century, axial fan has been used in mine ventilation and metallurgical industry blast, but its pressure is only 100 ~ 300 pa, efficiency is only 15 ~ 25%, until the 1940s did not get rapid development.

In 1935, Germany first used axial flow isobaric fan for boiler ventilation and ventilation.

In 1948, Denmark made the axial flow fan with adjustable rotor blade in operation;  Rotating axial fan, meridional acceleration axial fan, oblique fan and cross - flow fan.

In 2002, China's explosion-proof centrifugal fan, in the chemical industry, petroleum, machinery and other fields are widely used.
